MAISHI WIRE MESH MANUFACTURE GROUP would like to show you some commonly used methods to improve the corrosion resistance of hot dipped galvanized products.
Firstly, increase the coating thickness.
Secondly, alloying to obtain zinc-iron alloy coating. The corrosion resistance of this coating is significantly stronger than pure zinc coating. After alloying of the coating, not only corrosion resistance increases, but also welding performance and coating performance have also been greatly improved.
Thirdly, improve the zinc liquid composition. By improving the zinc liquid formula, it has developed a high corrosion resistance. In addition to the Zn-5% AI alloy coating, zinc corrosion coatings with high corrosion resistance and galvanized coatings with special properties such as 55% AI-43.5% zn-1.5% Si alloy plating, Zn-6% AI-3% Mg alloy coating, 2n-Ni alloy coating and zinc-magnesium alloy coating.
Fourthly, using two-step hot-dipped plating, the first plating of pure zinc, the second plating 211-6% A1-o. 5% Mg-o. 1% Si alloy, which can further improve corrosion resistance.
