In the plain weave pattern, each weft wire passes alternately over and under the warp wire and vice versa It is the most widely available pattern and typically incorporates wire of the same diameter in both directions Plain weaves are considered to be the most stable mesh form and used in many applications throughout manufacturing industry.
The twill pattern follows same principle as plain weave, but each passes
alternately under and over two warp wires and vice versa. As a consequence of the woven path, the strand is deformed less during weaving, which not only allows a larger diameter wire to be used, but also results in a stronger structure when compared to the plain weave counterpart.

In the plain dutch weave, the diameter of the warp wire is larger than the weft, and the mesh is formed by weaving a limited number of warps with the maximum number of weft wires woven tightly together, producing a cloth with no readily visible apertures. This mesh is strong and stable, easy to clean with a good flow rate suitable for high pressure liquid/solid separation.

Twill Dutch Weave is produced with the weft wires packed together in the same principle as Plain Dutch Weave, but with double the number of weft wires woven in an over two, under two pattern. The weft wires overlie each other creating a sinuous path of filtration. The cloth is very robust with a smooth surface and the finer weft wires and smaller pore sizes provide excellent flow characteristics.

This is produced in a reverse of the Dutch Weave wire arrangement, whereby finer warp wires are positioned tightly together and a thicker weft wire is woven in at set intervals.
The cloth is mechanically strong with a high throughput and it performs particularly well in high pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications where backwashing and filter cake removal are important.

Liquid-Solid Filtration
Liquid-solid filtration is fundamental to industrial processes. For example, vertical and horizontal pressure leaf filters are used in the processing of food, edible oils, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. Plain Dutch weave and Reverse Plain Dutch weave are ideally suited for this application. They are robust and provide the flow rates required in most processes. AISI316L is the best recommended material.
Polymer/Plastic Filtration

Food industrial
Filter screen for oil, juice, beer, tea, milk, soybean, cookies etc.
Disaeration filters
Adopted with stainless steel sintered filter mesh to achieve solid-liquid separation, high filtration accuracy and long service life.
Fluidised beds
Good mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and excellent chemical properties. AISI316L is the best recommended material for fluidised beds.
Mining
Woven from pre-crimped wires, 65-Mn steel is very abrasive and corrosive, crimped wire offers stable structure and good strength. Prevent slippery,anti vibration, good elasticity and toughness.
Dryers
Generally use 12-20 mesh stainless steel mesh for dryers, High temperature, acid and alkali corrosion, smooth surface and High mechanical strength.
Oil Filtration
Oil filter is mainly used for oil production filtration with perfect performance of anti-acid, anti-alkali, temperature resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics.
Nutsche filters

Materials:
Type 316
The stainless steel printing mesh is made in Type 316 which is stabilized with the 2% molybdenum. It has perfect resisting quality to survive against corrosion as compared to the chromium and nickel made stainless steel. This material has a unique property of T-316 which is quite durable in use. There exists some mechanical properties in this type which has a fabricating uniqueness and it is similar to T-304.
The T-316 wire mesh cloth woven has been used in chemical processing at the moment when the processing requires a better resisting capability against corrosion than normal chromium nickel types.
Type 316 L
The steel printing mesh is also formed in Type 316 L which is very common as T-316. The main difference in between them is that the reduced carbon material is produced in form of wire cloth weave. These products steel wire mesh and steel wire cloth are frequently used in petroleum industry. It is also providing favorable support in chemical industry and is providing various advantages in keeping environment safe. It is also providing its best assistance in mining, metallurgy, aeronautical space, paper manufacturing, electronics and many more.
Uses: stainless steel screen printing mesh is apply to be used for platemaking printing, multi-colour printing, bulk printing, colour half-tone screen printing and precision printing etc.It is extensive to be used for printing of spinning, glass, ceramics, metal, plastic, rubber industry.
Production process
Maishi purchase raw materials from TISCO(Taiyuan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.), which is well known for good and stable quality.
After recieing the materials, we will do through inspection: wire diameter checking, surface checking, tolerance checking, contents checking etc.
We tested contents by XRF Analyzers( X-Ray Fluorescence) to make sure the raw materials are reliable.
After materials quality confirmed, we will start beam-warping, put the wire on beam, draw the warp wire into heddle and reed.
Debugging the machine (checking if it is running properly or not), then begin the trial weaving. The machine will be adjusted several times until get the qualified mesh.
Immediate correction (repairing the machine, replacing the material) will be made if any quality problem discovered when adjusting the machine.
After finishing production, we will do the final inspection., including mesh surface checking, length measurement, element content assured(%), quantity, weight per roll, etc.), and then cut the size according to the requirement from the customer.
Packaging in standard ways or as customer’s specific requirements to ready for shipment.
