Filter Support Mesh - MAISHI

Filter support mesh is the metal or synthetic layer that holds pleats evenly spaced, protects the filter media and carries the pressure load in pleated air filters, cartridges and liquid filter elements. MAISHI supplies four support media for filter makers, in continuous rolls slit to the filter width.

• Expanded metal filter support mesh: galvanized steel, aluminium and stainless steel, 0.20-1.50 mm thick, openings 2 x 3 to 23 x 38.6 mm, rolls 178-1,250 mm wide.
• Epoxy coated filter screen: 14 x 14 to 30 x 30 mesh, 200-1,300 mm wide, rolls 30-600 m, black standard.
• Welded mesh for filter cores, cages and backing: galvanized or stainless 304/316, 1/2 x 1 in and 1 x 1 in, plus a soft-annealed grade for pleating.
• Polypropylene support mesh: metal-free pleat support, 127 and 260 cm wide.
