Physical properties and requirements for selecting the right mesh

In any screen printing application, the stretch properties of the mesh is of most important.

The elongation characteristic of the mesh determines the mesh strength, the stability , the method of stretching mesh, and the quality of the printing outfit, directly affect the following characteristics: -Extreme tension of the mesh; -Print image dimensional stability; -The size of the net distance and the separation behavior of the mesh and the substrate at a low net distance;

-Adaptability to the items to be printed, especially when the printing surface uneven or irregular.
